With a decade of global experience across luxury tourism, sales, and hospitality operations, Ali has successfully led inbound and outbound travel projects across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia, advising international clients and designing high-impact guest experiences. He has worked with globally recognized luxury brands, including The Leading Hotels of the World, Two Michelin Key, properties rated by the Forbes Travel Guide, and Michelin starred Restaurant gaining first-hand insight into world-class service and guest excellence.
Ali holds dual master’s degrees— Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an MSc in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, where he published his research on “Exploring the components of memorable luxury hotel experience from tourists’perspective”. Ali’s vision with Novstige is to blend strategic insight with luxury expertise—creating bespoke travel and hospitality solutions that elevate every experience.
